Thank you for participating in Business Side of Medicine (BSOM) events. Please read our refund policy carefully before registering for any of our workshops or meetings.
1. Refund Requests:
- Requests for refunds must be made in writing and submitted to Business Side of Medicine at least 14 days before the scheduled event date.
2. Refund Eligibility:
- If you submit a refund request within the 14 days leading up to the workshop date, we regret that we will not be able to issue a refund.
3. Processing Fee:
- Please note that a processing fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee is implemented to cover administrative costs associated with processing refunds.
4. Refund Process:
- To initiate a refund request, please send a written request to admin@bsom.co.za. Include your full name, event details, and the reason for your refund request. All refund requests will be reviewed, and a response will be provided within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Substitution:
- If you are unable to attend the event, you may request a substitution of your registration with another individual. The substitution request must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the event date.
6. Event Cancellation:
- In the rare event that BSOM has to cancel a workshop or meeting, registered participants will be notified, and a full refund of the registration fee will be issued. BSOM will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
